Using only the freshest and finest ingredients, Chef Chan Chong Yen, the head chef of Toh Lee Chinese Restaurant invites you to indulge in his 6-course set lunches, which comprise of a starter, a soup, three main courses and a dessert. A perfect feast that bound to stimulate the appetite of discerning gourmets and connoisseurs. Start off the ‘Heavenly Set’ with Deep-fried Crab Claw, Chilled Prawns with Mayonnaise and Jellyfish with 80-year old Balsamic. For soup, the Braised Shark’s Fin in Casserole -Beijing Style will definitely arouse your taste buds. The Deep-fried Chicken coated with Banana and Yam Paste is absolutely delicious with a fusion of local and western flavours. The fish dish is creative and unusual as the Baked Cod comes with strips of Pomelo Honey Glaze.
